Still no mushrooms despite payment
I bought mushrooms on Saturday. Did not get them by Sunday and raised a ticket.
I got no e-mail with questions till now (Wednesday) or confirmation that ticket was registered ... nothing.

Is there anything else/more I could do?

Check your spam folder. Where did you send the ticket from (browser, app, Steam...)?

Reported again, got autoreply. Hope it will get resolved finally...

I ended up in nobody's land and cancelled the transaction.

Apple does not have the option to resend transaction confirmation to LaPlaya. LaPlaya did not receive payment confirmation from Apple so cannot give mushrooms.

Unique customer experience. Don't pay from your phone or you may get stuck as I did.

The problem is that we do not have access to Apple's payment. If you buy mushrooms via other payment options we can add your mushrooms manually or send a direct refund but Apple is the only company you have to contact and cancel your order there.

Technically - I understand. Client-wise it's a pity.

If the original purchase was in promo period is it possible to get promo mushrooms or I need to wait till the next promo?

You need to send a support ticket and I'll forward it to our payment office to see what's possible.
