Assassins can set gems with x1 stats on each weapon, so with 2 weapons they gain 2x stats from the total, like any other class with 1 weapon; so there is no flaw there... I think this answers...

Every guild raid costs 10k gold (10.000) to start now and since the gold and shrooms are taken from the person that starts (raids, attacks) anyone can start raids pretty easily from level 50 or so....
