If Dex is your primary stats then scecondary stats Str and Int and also Luck should never get even close to the 10 million cap. If they did, then you have wasted money and made your character weaker....

The warrior companion has no shield because there's no way to obtain shield, if you are playing as a class that doesn't use it.

Best would be to just use 3 fruits.
