The incentive is to keep the biggest part of your gamers in the game. example if a game has 500 players with 5 who pay. if you only gear the game or mostly gear the game towards the paying players...

it may be nice to see but tbh how many ppl have time to possibly go thru 1000 dungeons in 1 go not many. it would be nice to see it done on tower or add another 100 lvls to it.
