Feature Request - Mobile Messaging

I'd like to request on the mobile app (Android for me) that you get notifications of incoming ingame mail or guild chat private messages.

We get notifications for city guard and other things, so this should not be too hard.

I have notifications turned off for all my apps it would be a nonstop chirping and beeping and cha-chinging all day long for me otherwise. but for those that have them turn on for the game that should been a no brainer to me.
