City Guard feature update

(Posted this on Discord, was told it was rejected in the past. Just wanted to try it anyway, and maybe get a reason from Leander why it was rejected)

- Going on a city guard will now increase your GUARD rank.
(Each hour of guarding will give you XP towards next GUARD rank)

- There will be total of 100 ranks.

- Every 10 ranks will give you extra reward on completing the City Guard.
( - Every 10 ranks you get new title next to your name [e.g. "The Defender", "The Orc Slayer" etc.]

- Guarding rewards:
Rank 0-10 = Gold Based on your level

Rank 10-20 = Gold Based on your level
Experience Based on your level

Rank 20-30 = Gold Based on your level
Experience Based on your level
Fortress resources Based on your level

Rank 30-40 = Gold Based on your level
Experience Based on your level
Fortress resources Based on your level
Blacksmith resources

And so on, something balanced ofc. Also rewards increase depending on your Guard Rank.)
