Default Verification email using steam is not being sent

I have been wanting to sometimes play this game through a browser, however when I put in an email and password for this game to send a verification email to, nothing is received. I have tried multiple emails. I have even made a test account on google chrome to see if it was just steam, and sure enough I received an email for that test account. So I'm wondering if the email setting is bugged on steam.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does not work, I have tried with multiple emails. I sent a ticket in the game and I am waiting for a reply. I tested to see if it was the emails using the browser version by making a test account, and it works just fine. Steam seems to be bugged with sending the email.

So its been 24 hours and still no reply after sending in a ticket. Meanwhile I did some more test and noticed something odd.

I created a new character on the steam version on international 1, my main character is on 14. When I click the manage button for that character, it gets two options that are different then my main. My main character gets only the option called "Set password...". The new character gets two options called "Change Password" and "Change email address".

I tried the "Change email" on the new character and it worked for that character and I got the validation email. But when I use the "Set password" on my main, I get no email. Another thing I noticed is "Set password" only asks for the email once and the password twice, while "Change email" asks for the email twice and password once.

I'm wondering if international w14 either just has a different method for setting a email that is bugged for me or if it thinks I have an email already set for it.

When creating a Steam account, no email address is set (only a Steam ID number). You create a Steam account to play there...if you want to play the account in your browser or app, you need to contact support for validation and a password.

What's your support ticket number?

I never got a ticket number when I created a ticket in the in-game support. I haven't gotten any auto replys or anything in my email, I checked spam folder as well to make sure. When I sent the ticket, all it says is: "Thank you for your inquiry! We will respond to it as soon as possible."

Its strange because if I create a character on international server 1 with my steam account using the steam option, it lets me set a email address by clicking "change password", but on international server 14, it doesn't work with the "set password" option since "change password" doesn't exist for that server.
