I really like this idea of gold frame reducing time. Lots of effort to obtain it but very worth it.

I think if something like quest time reduction is introduced, it should be a reward for sticking to the game so long. i.e. For each anniversary of your char the quest time is reduced by 5% and that bonus is capped at 40% or 50%. Maybe make being lvl 400 a requirement for this bonus to be effective. So this reward would be something for the long-term motivation and would only reward veterans, which most likely are investing money. |

I already got a reply. While they are open to new suggestions and agree that playing maximum thirst takes too long every day it is difficult to find a solution that does not mess the game mechanics up or offend high levels / very dedicated players who like the current state of the game. In short: let's see what's possible and makes sense for future updates.

Glad to hear that Playa is paying attention to us!
I think that achievements could be part of this subject: their bonuses are almost insignificant, so why not add -1% time used in thirst for each achievement done, up to 60% ? We could also do -0.5%/achievement instead of -1%, but I believe that 60% is a good value. Last edited by Apollo; 17th May 2018 at 10:23 PM. |

I think connecting this to achievements might not be the best idea, since we will get more in the future.
Maybe we could start by thinking what kind of bonus would feel good. Implementation is a secondary topic. Right now we have -30 seconds on mission. Would -60 sec or even -90 sec be better? I am affraid the change might not be that visible. I still think the option to do two missions at a time would feel more impactful. Last edited by Arturu; 18th May 2018 at 09:50 AM. |

You have a good point about the achievements. Didn't even think about that, my bad.
But to be honest, it's really easy to come up with ideas for this. Just imagine that the June-update would bring, I for example, a new dungeon with 100 monsters. You could get -0.5% time spent in thirst for each monster defeated. Or a new building in a fortress-system that would give this bonus (like gladiator in underworld). |

So I understand you would be happy if all missions were 50% shorter?
Hmm, I have to admit that skipping with Hourhlass 10 min and 7,5 min missions feels nice. It wouldn't be the same for 3,5 min and 4,75 min missions. But yeah, cutting time in half would definitely be z lot. |
