reach non playing users

is there any chance to get in touch with someone who seems not to be playing anymore?
for example by knowing his email address, or some way to send him a message to his mail address directly instead of the ingame mail?

Unfortunately not. We are not entitled to give users' email addresses away. You can ask other people though...maybe you find someone who actually knows the person you are looking for.
