Rune bonus

I currently have a Vigintillion rune.
However, at the time of Quindecillion, "Elemental damage" has not increased since the weapon with 30% was released.
Why doesn't "Elemental damage" go up when my runes are up?

Already read that you understand now, but I still post my reply in case others want to know, too.

Your current rune does not scale with your arena manager progress. You only find better (new) runes in the shops, as quest rewards or in the dungeon.
