Ha! Fortress can still generate Wood and Stone ... but we don't need it on the wheel after everything is fully maxed.

yeah we do... the more resources we get, the more gems we can create (with shrooms to instantly produce etc)

38 shrooms a pop

There's probably 0.01% of the population that power-shrooms gems

Therefore 99.99% would rather have the Wheel generate something other than Wood and Stone once they've maxed the fortress out

Ok that's a good valid point why they should remove the resources from wheel, but I wanted to show that it is not useless to have them on wheel

no, not useless, but I have not needed them for a year

Once, I power-shroomed the gem mine (all black gems achievement) until my resources were completely depleted and the wheel got them back to 400% full within a month.

Souls on wheel will always be useful. Let's say upgrades for Goblins, Trolls and Keeper will cost more then you can store in the Underworld. Then Wheel and luring will allow you to make further upgrades since these souls will go over the cap.

Fruits from wheel seem to be the real problem. Either the wheel will have to spin again by itself or there will be a different reward set in place of it. Either way code needs to be modified.

I am a bit disappointed. If there is a Hall of Fame for a given system then that system should't just end like that.

The should be a Hall of Fame for Wheel Spins
