Lol yeah happens a lot I know what will be said that it is a lack of videos but that is not the case most of the time. as it would show the TV if there wasn't any videos to show. Every time ppl have complained enough about the problem it has all of a sudden started working again. So if anyone has same issue or get the grey window when clicking speak up so it gets fixed sooner rather then later.

Oh I should add that even though Playa cant fix the issue they can contact those that ca.

I get about 20-50 flying tubes a day and none work so I would say there is a problem with all of them.
