Witch?

I have heard that you can get enchanted items by some witch.
But where do i find her?

Or do you have to be a certain lvl to unlock her?

you must be level 66 and in the magic shop click the inconspicuous book it will be on the middle shelve on the end. Oh btw on FAQ there is a new manual it shows you everything ou need to know abt the witch in it here is the link. http://forum-int.sfgame.net/showthread.php?t=4509
