Looking for a 300 Alu-Guild

Hi,
I'm looking for the membership in a 300 Alu-guild.
I'm an active player, i have experience in the game and i pay as much gold to the guild as i can. I always take part to raids or fights against other guildy.
Sorry for my bad english. I would be happy about an answer.
