Time changed??

DL time in USa was early, then Germany did theirs, and NOW we have another server time change??
I loved it when it was LIKE the old setup and 12midnight(MDT) was the reset.
Because the time now is BACK to 1am for server time to be 12am server time, Which would be PDT..
