HP rune and witch bug

I found out that after the update you can enchant your companion items, but it doesnt work for me, the game says it lets me upgrade it, but when i click on script when im at the witch and click ok, nothing happens. (no money is taken from me and the script is still available to enchant)

Also i tried out the +Hp% rune with an item that was supposed to give me +3% hp only from the rune, and nothing happened. I assume it's a visual bug since when i try to fight, it displays my hp higher than normal (approximately the value given by the rune), but it's annoying, since if i want to know my real hp i have to go fight, otherwise it shows my hp without the rune buff.

Last question. The elemental dmg and resistance, does it apply to the mobs aswell, or only to other players? In other way... can i deal elemental dmg to mobs and do they have elemental resistance?

The update isn't live yet. Only parts of it are live (the ambient sounds for example)..both the client AND server update are needed for everything to work.

Yes, you can attack with elemental damage. Resistance does not do anything against mobs at the moment at they do not have elemental damage (yet).

The update is live, and I'm able to purchase additional scrolls for my NPCs ... I get charged to purchase the scrolls, yet they don't do anything.

Seems like a waste.

I tested it out with the "extra beer" scroll.

If you're ONLY supposed to be able to scroll your Gloves and Weapons for NPCs then please remove the option to purchase other scrolls for NPCs.

Can you please send me a refund of 20,000,000 gold or 76 mushrooms (the cost to search gems twice to refund 20,000,000 gold).

A refund is not possible, sorry. Scrolls and companions have been discussed in the forum a couple of times, always with the result that only two scrolls work with them.

It is in the manual, too:

"Hint: the enchantment bonuses only affect your Character but not your Tower Companions! However, there are two exceptions: the scrolls "Sword of Vengeance" and "Shadow of the Cowboy" can be used by your Companions as well!"

I agree that you should not be able to buy all other scrolls for your companions. It is a new feature though (that you can select them and enchant items there)...but it is obvious that an extra beer or more XP don't work as only your main toon does quests and gets XP and gold.

Yes, it was obvious to me as well ... but the scrolls were lit up ... and I had ASSUMED that the devs would have ensured only the glove and weapon scrolls would be active for NPCs. So, since they were all lit up I decided to test it.

And, the manual info was added after the fact and did not link the manual changes in the Halloween Announcement (in the forum or on social media).

I'd suggest you add that bit to the announcement. Especially if you plan to send out a mailing in-game. [EDIT - TOO LATE]

The manual entry hasn't been changed lately. "Last edited by Leander; 21st January 2019 at 05:58 PM". The information on the two runes the companions are able to use has been online for months.

So basically what you say is: Resistances are useless for people who do not care about rank in the hall of fame?

elemental resistance is a PVP based trait yes ... no need to equip your NPCs with it.

At least for now as monsters don't deal elemental damage (yet).
