New graphics in fortress combat?

Just noticed this morning, that there is a new graphics for archers and mages when selecting an opponent. It is a black box with a questionmark inside.
Is it to signal, that the scout did not see it - or is it a replacement of the light blue, signalling there are none?

a grey-ish question mark (?) means that the person has no Scouts / Mages,

Guess so... I preferred the light blue background, though. it was more evident that it indicates"nobody" . Question mark means more like "don't know" to me
