Hmm, I have to admit that skipping with Hourhlass 10 min and 7,5 min missions feels nice.
It wouldn't be the same for 3,5 min and 4,75 min missions.

But yeah, cutting time in half would definitely be z lot.
50% time is still 2h and that 2h you can skip by hourglasses or mushrooms. Reasonable amount. I think new content like portal or guild feature for -50% time could be introduced (something for guild would be the best solution to motivate people to cooparate).

If you want so much of cutting time, I have another solution.
Maybe introduce queue functionality.
My idea is to set queue max for 1h (good for next free dungeon) and of course if we log in to the game before the queue end, of course we can add new missions up to 1h.
If we want to resign we can delete all queue or minus last added mission. Of course if we added more than one we have to accept agreement of full inventory. We don't know how many items drop at all.
It's just 5 minutes idea so I think this sholud be redesigned yet.

I think it'd be unfair for players in inactive servers, because we know how hard it can be to defeat raids in a guild with almost everyone inactive.

Time reduction and resources consumption depends on your level, for instance:
-10% from 100 lvl
-20% from 200 lvl
-30% from 300 lvl
-40% from 400 lvl
-50% from 500 lvl

I don't like this idea. For the most part Fortress is pretty coompetetive (until you finish it).
And souls directly influence your standing in HoF.

So in the end people wouldn't want to use it.

The easiest solution would be a shadowworld portal, and each defeated oppenent reduces the questtime by 1%.

Most new dungeons have theme, like the enemies in the tower are based on fairytales, dungeon 13 on playa employees, dungeon 14 on game of thrones, dungeon 15 on harry potter and the portal on diablo
Instead of a portal it could be a time rift, and the theme of that dungeon could be movies/other media that is about time travel or parallel universes.
Movies like: back to the future, terminator, planet of the apes, the time machine, 12 monkeys, looper, groundhogs day, harry potter 3
TV shows like: doctor who or homer Simpson with his time travel toaster
games like: bioshock infinite, prince of persia, life is strange

My proposal is this. Shorten shortest missions by 1 min and next one (5min) by 2 min.
So:

2,5 min to 1 min (with boots)
5 min to 2,5 min (with boots)

Leave the rest as it is.

People who use Raptor don't shroom quests anyway
BMWGuinnesses of the world will still mostly shroom.
The rest of us will have an easier time.

I disagree with this ... I prefer an alternative like what Eggman presented

Shortened Duration should be based on time/effort contributed

So, a shadow portal dungeon that's only available once you reach a certain milestone is much more preferred.

Else, you'll have Vets who get pissed and quit the game ... they're already complaining about how newer players have an unfair advantage starting out ... this would make it worse
