Lure Hero to Underworld bug

I'm writing on behalf of my guild mate Murcielago (s1 co.uk). He noticed a strange thing today (saturday 25.11) while trying to lure enemys to the Underworld. All heroes above max. soul level were marked as arena opponents and have the arena counter if you attacked any of them and only the others below max. soul level were marked as Lure opponent to underworld.
I asked him to tell me what he did exactly because i couldnt replicate the bug. He said he leveled up today, leveled up companions, leveled up keeper then when he tried to try to lure the bug occured.

It is not a bug but feature.

He is trying to attack hero higher then gate max. Tell him to upgrade gate. Or he is trying to attack toon from his guild.

If you cannot lure the player but attack him/her instead, your gate needs to be upgraded.
