Many people complain about sign up with google play (but also it applies to game center, steam etc.)
The problem happens after google play assigns you an ID and if you choose an email under HOTMAIL domain. Hotmail does not deliver you the validation email (this happens also with standard sign up, already checked spam filter and other things like that, and the problem is not there). You can try again also changing your email BUT... Nothing, because it is ONLY the first email that takes into account. Unlike the normal sign up, when you ask manuale validation to your local support, they can't do anything 'cause they only see the id and then they can not confirm. Practically remains in some kind of "limbo", you can not remove the id because you haven't recived that email (and it will never come). It's mandatory do to something to solve the problem, or we lost a lot of new players... |

I know but it's not a problem on our side. Hotmail is the problem. We can't change our settings so that the problem is solved...the spam filters are very sensitive.

Do you think that to give the possibility to change your FIRST email couldn't be a solution?
I think hotmail will never change its filters for S & F |

As I said: you can try to ask to your support to change the mail, but the answer is that he can see only the ID.

I believe leander means to contact S+F support with a different email address that is not a Hotmail email address.

The problem is not the mail that we use to contact the support (he always answers to the ticket); the problem is that the support itself can't change the email "@hotmail" associated to the account 'cause he can't see the mail but ONLY the ID.
So we can't change the email, support can't change the email. Who and how can change the mail? |

I re-read your first post if what I understand u or someone u know made an account and u didn't get the validation mail. but since you registered thru google play you cant change the email address and retry getting the email.
Is this correct? if so try seeing if google play has a support or contact to try and get them to change it. I would tell you the steps to take but tbh I don't know them as I never had an issue with google play. also not sure if S+f support is able to do a manual validation to that account since it is going thru google play.
