Witch Scrolls now cost MORE than advertised

I was enchanting runed items for questing







That's a difference of 14,292,469 which is 4,292,469 more than advertised.

You basically need to enchant all but 2 scrolls (weapon and talisman) which cost an extra 7x4.2m or 30,047,283 gold.

What's the 8 million? Did it cost 8 million before the update and now it was increased to 10? Or were 8 million displayed but 10 million subtracted?
