Hi,

Let me start off by saying that I actually quite liked last weeks event, even if it was a day longer than intended. I thought it was original, and actually quite good and fun.

This weekend's event though... Yikes.

The Epic shopping spree event is just whatever. Doesn't seem like much if anything has changed from the regular epic event, so I'm not gonna touch on that one.

The other event, Forge Frenzy, is a joke. 100 arcane splinters regardless of what level your character is, is a pisstake. On my (relatively low level) main account, I need to find THREE HUNDRED stashes of 100 arcane splinters to be able to add a gem socket to an item.

Why is this event not gradually increasing the amount of splinters you get, depending on what level your account is? It's the case for stone and wood, why not for splinters and metal? This is supposed to be a "Special Event", by my calculations, I gained 11 stashes of 100 splinters today. That's 1.100 splinters, which means it would take me 9 weekends of this event, to be able to afford ONE gem socket upgrade on an item, not taking into consideration dismantling items.

In terms of dismantling items, I think the option to dismantle 15 items instead of 5 is a nice touch. However, in my opinion it would have been better to cap the dismantling for this event at 10, but offering double metal and splinters for dismantling an item.

This is just my take on it, you might disagree or agree, but in my opinion, the way this event has been executed thus far is quite poor.

No, no and no. Doubling dismantle mats would be disaster. I think this way of expanding the dismantle points is much better solution.

On the other note, crystal & metal quest rewards were this poor even before so it's not really fault of the new events. But sure, it could use some level scaling.

And please, don't waste crystals on slots

Why would the double mats be a bad thing? I'm genuinely curious. It would just be for the events, which is what, 3 days each 5 or 6 weeks? I don't think that would be too bad.

My main point is that the amount of splinters that drop from quests are nowhere near enough to justify a "Special Event".

And what would you spend your splinters on? I used to play lot back in the day when the smithy wasn't a thing.

Yeah lvl scaling would be fantastic for crystals. It makes no sense getting same amount for a lvl 100 player and lvl 500 one. Their epic upgrades costs are way too different. The gambler bonus is super good however, i like it!

Talking about the other thing: epic shop. This is not changed at all, am i right? Which is sad, because this was the weakest event and i was exciting for a better version, but its still the same Suggestion: even better chance for finding epics in the shops OR just be cheaper for the duration of event. (maybe 10 /epic)

In my opinion, the previous event combo was way better, this one is OK, but nothing else.

Because people would upgrade items as much as possible and then dismantle them in the double event. Which would basically dupe the resources like it happened before with toileting warrior weapons.

In my opinion its much better double value dismantle than 15 possible dismantle items. I m level 468. I have 14 and 13 upgrades on items. 100 crystals from pub means 1/824 to upgrade my item.. big deal. Double value dismantle could be only for basic value item not for upgrade one. On the high level its much better to sell item to a witch than dismantle it, so this is reason why I dont need 15 possible dismantle items (I dismantle only 1-1,25mil item).. I remember there were a chance of double value dismantle item but its a couple years ago.. This time its absolutely impossible to upgrade 20x items if you dont have thousands mushrooms for epic items but it will still take many years. I want to change my epic item but it need more crystals.. I have a problem to upgrade new item on the same level (14,13) like previous one.

Here you can see how much crystal do you need for upgrade item.. I need over 1 million crystal per one item it means over 10 millions for full set (864 basic stats). For epic with 900 basic stats it need almost 1,1 million crystals and 11 million for full set.. This is reason why its impossible to upgrade all items 20x

3 years old screen i guess, but crystal mine looks pretty good
