Default Guild gem bank / gem pool

Hi!

It would be cool to have a guild building where members could:
- contribute unwanted gems
- request gems

And leaders/officers could:
- hand out gems
- fuse lower level gems into higher level ones

It could be an upgradable building (another place to sink s into).
Levels could improve storage capacity / quality of fused gems / add new features / etc.

Or it would be cool to have at least something similar, where the members of a guild
could share their gems as a common resource and redistribute them to everyone's benefit.

I like and don't like the idea. but I can that it most likely wont happen for this reason alone. player level differences. could you imagine a lvl 10 player getting a gem that say a lvl 200 got from a lvl 15 gem mine.

It could be balanced somehow.

Gems in the bank could be "blank" (without any stats) and they could adjust their level to the level of the player receiving them (factoring in the level of their mine too).

The bank could contain gem "tokens". Gem donations would inrease the number of tokens corresponding to the gem's color. When a player receives a token it could be turned into a gem of its color with stats based on the player's level and the level of their mine.

I'm sure there's a way to balance things out. Where there's a will...

Alternatively, if this is too much trouble, there could be a way to recolor unwanted gems...

instead of implementing such a gem bank wouldn't it be better to have another building in the guild that just raises the chances of getting a higher quality gem and on the last level you wouldn't get the 3rd grade crystals?
This would be way easier to implement and just raise the consistency of good gems without having to deal with a complicated system.

Some players might abuse this gem pool by joining a guild, stealing gems and leaving again. High level-players that mine gems all day long would produce so many that others would not need a gem mine anymore...
I like the idea better that every player has a mine and is responsible for mining gems himself/herself.
