Guild forums: revised rules

The rules in the guild forums have been slightly changed!

Threads are still restricted to one thread per guild or character but double-posting is no longer penalized in these forums.

Instead of just editing the first post of a thread, updates can now be posted as replies in the thread and early threads will no longer get lost on the last page.

However, don't post new replies like mad in your thread. Keep it clear and informative!
