[Request] Big Spender achievement translation update
Some players from the romanian server told me about the Big Spender achievement translation requirements not being updated and misleaning them (the 1 mil gold donation to the guild was removed quite a while ago).
This might be valid for other languages so it's an easy and quick fix. Screenshot using RO language

The correct translation is a bit too long: Cheltuie 10
 pentru a-ți îmbunătăți îndemânarea personală din breaslă but i think Cheltuie 10 pe îndemânarea personală din breaslă it's enough.
