guild raids will not increase fortress but not the real guild member limit
Hi
we just completed the first raid: the 3 guild stats actually increased by 1 level but even though Fortress shows 40 as member limit, we are 39 and I cant invite nobody. the invite button is greyed out. why is it so?

The free upgrades from the guild dungeons only increase the cost to attack your guild so other guilds must spend more money to attack you.
However, the maximum number of members is not increased. You still have to buy slots as usual (with  and  )
