Oktober Update - Official Discussion Thread

Hello heroes!

Get ready for our OKTOBERFEST UPDATE featuring the Druid, the most versatile of all character classes! Choose for yourself whether you want to fight in your normal form, as a cat or as a bear. Moreover, we have increased the maximum level of the character to 700 and expanded the to-do list with two new entries. The update is already live on s1.de and all other servers will receive it tomorrow.

Full list of new features, changes and fixes:

New features:

Registration: new Druid character
To-do list: new entries "Dismantle items" and "Enchant item"
Options: added link to community Discord server

Changes:

Town screen: added tooltip to Gold Frame Merchant
To-do list: list no longer displays last active entry
Chat: changed color of final blow message (Demon Portal) from blue to green
Character: raised maximum level to 700
Tavern: during Happy Hour, hourglass button is displayed at usual position now to avoid misclicking
Magic shop: reworked price of 10x hourglass pack
Arena Manager: added new names for numbers up to "Ducentillion" (10^603)
Toilet: added warning that weapon in toilet will lose invested blacksmith resources
Blacksmith: default position of upgrade slider is 1 now
Blacksmith: if you open the upgrade menu of an item while upgrading another item that item is immediately finished
Dungeons: reworked mirror image (looks to the left now)
Guild: added info text if requirements have not been met yet
Underworld: rephrased Time Machine description
Dr. Abawuwu: added icon to switch between wheel and Daily Login Calendar
Options, apps: added HD option for Apple iPads 2018 and 2019

Fixes:

Mushroom dealer: game no longer freezes after entering a coupon code
Scrapbook: "Collecting Mania" achievement is correctly unlocked at 90% instead of 88% now
Tavern, dice game: fixed a display bug if dice were too close to each other
Arena: fixed a bug that suggested the same opponent twice
Shops: damage runes deal the correct amount of damage now
Shops: fixed a bug that caused all items to wobble, even if already in scrapbook
Blacksmith: corrected display of resources for dismantling items
Dungeons: fixed a bug that displayed incorrect attributes of companions
Dungeons: fixed a bug that unlocked the Twister with a delay
Fortress: canceling a gem mine upgrade no longer displays incorrect values
Guild: fixed a bug that displayed an incorrect raid progress (correct progress+1) during cooldown
Hall of Fame: fixed "Edit character" link of avatar
Daily Login Calendar: fruit reward correctly displayed as x5 instead of x1 now
Fortress: fixed a bug with negative resources due to the gambler's dice game
Pets: fixed a bug that let you find unremovable pet eggs while having the nest in the inventory
Character: now male Goblins get random hair when using the random avatar icon

From Friday to Sunday we will celebrate OKTOBERFEST with more XP, more gold, more forest rarities, more epic items (level 50 required), +20% more mushrooms at the mushroom dealer and of course free beer in the tavern!

Updated the manual.

"Druid: Intelligence class with Mage weapon, wears Scout equipment. Has Bear Mask (level 10+) to get Warrior-like Skills and Attributes and Cat Mask (level 25+) to get Scout-like Skills and Attributes."

Do you know that the masks look different for every race and gender?

So, druid can make mage high dmg with warrior hp when using bear mask?
or dmg is weaker than normal mage?

The damage itself scales down to the class that the mask represents ... Bear mask will make you deal warrior damage, Cat mask will make you deal scout damage ... and no mask will deal very low damage

I'd love to have this option to change classes on my warrior because I feel that my warrior is weak compared to other classes. :|

so basically it's the warrior/ scout combined in one class
so you can change between them whenever you want

Fixes:
Arena: fixed a bug that suggested the same opponent twice

This fix is apparently not implemented, as I just had the same enemy in the arena, 3 times in a row

They most likely meant the Arena bug where it shows wrong opponents ... so you click and attack someone else instead who you clicked on ...
