How do i increase my critical hit chance?

I know, it’s really weird question. I have 21k luck skill which is %50. But my scout character barely hits critical to other players and dungeons. Other players in my guild do it more than me. This is annoying,I want to know why. There is a mage who has lower skill of luck than mine. But he hits critical at almost every battle. But I hit him like that very rare.

He is also does really serious critical damage in guild raids. Like 8 or 9 per creature. But me??? It’s just 1 or 2 every time. Why? Just why?

The maximum is 50% so you cannot increase it further. It's RNG...sometimes you get three in a row, sometimes you miss three in a row.

I know but always he gets more than me. Like always. I think it’s depend on one more thing. And this situation lasts like 6-7 months. I can’t be that unlucky.
